this is a story i wrote in 7th grade

here it is

The Browns have gone out for the evening no one is home except their pets. The pets are in there usual places the hamster Pazily is in his cage by the dining room window. Folly there cat is sleeping on the living room floor. Ding Dong there parakeet that can make sound like siren is on his perch in the living room. Riley their goldfish is swimming delightfully where the cat can’t get him in hall and there turtle tipsy is walking around like he always does. Suddenly there is a sound by the kitchen window someone is breaking in. The house is quiet the thief slips in suddenly there is a creaking sound from pazily running the wheel. the thief runs into the hall the sound thief goes to lean on something (for he hasn’t gotten to turn on his flashlight on.) he sticks hand in the fish bowl and feels the slimy body of Riley as he swims against his hand. He screamed and jerked his hand out of the fish bowl. Then he ran into the living room there sat down on the floor. Then siren went off (which he thought was a police but was really Ding Dong). He picked himself up and ran across the floor and stepped on the Folly’s tail. Folly screeched then he tripped over the table and fell flat on the floor. Then tipsy came and crawled up on him and laid there. Being very afraid of reptiles the burglar didn’t move. (Didn’t matter much his leg hurt.) Two hours after the Browns left they came home to find a burglar on there living room floor wide awake but couldn’t move.
