My Sonnet

Hey all
I'm going to be posting more often again so comment!
If no one does I have a good reason not to post.
So don't complain if I'm not posting and your not commenting!
So I wrote a sonnet for the most horrendous subject in school English.
Okay Maybe its not that bad but it is defiantly my least favorite!
The teacher isn't half bad though.
Okay your probably wondering what a sonnet is.
A sonnet is a poem with a rhythming scheme and ten syllables in each line.
so here it is!

Starlight sparkles through out a somber sky
Fire crackles, snaps, and gives off a soft light
The light crunch of gravel as cars pass by
Beams of flashlights flash through the quiet night
The soft scratching of pencils on paper
And thoughtful expressions on there faces
A timer goes, no time to caper
Teens begin to blurt out names of places
The night was quiet through out the park
With the rustling of leaves by the night’s breeze
A course of screams rings out through the dark
A flash of light and a jingle of keys
A moment of silence came and ceased

Then a never ending laughter was released

Hope you like it!
